Reprint Titles
When Alger's stories were reprinted, oftentimes the publishers changed the title of the book. This can lead to much confusion, as inexperienced collectors may often think that they have found a first edition of an as-yet-unknown Alger story, when in reality what they've found is a second or third or fourth edition of an Alger story that is already well-known.
Below you will find a list of all reprint titles and the titles of the corresponding first edition.
